What better way to explore the Lake District than on two wheels. Here at WHEELBASE we offer a large fleet of Trek 4300 hire bikes which are a great entry level mountain bike.
Hire Fleet
Our location on the Mill Yard Staveley is a great for mountain bikers exploring the Kentmere Valley, or if you fancy something ligher and more leisurely then the rolling lower fells of Crook and Winster are easily accessible with a great range of pub stop.
If you have a family then we offer Trek GoBug cycle trailers for hire, along with a cycle ‘tag-a-long’ trailer, child seat and 24 inch and 20 inch bikes.
Bicycle hire also includes a helmet, map, pump and basic repair kit.

Demo Fleet
We strongly believe that if you are looking at a £2,000+ full suspension rig then there is no substitute for a proper demo ride. We have got some of the UK's most challenging riding right on our doorstep and a fleet of high-end models for you take out and thrash.
