How to order

To order products using this website, simply follow these steps:

1. Click the button to the left corresponding to the type of product you wish to purchase.
2. Find the product(s) you wish to purchase.
3. You will be given the option of viewing a bigger image and more details, simple click the link 'click for more details' or the product name, you will still have the ordering options available in the pop-up window.
4. For each product, select the options you require (if applicable), the quantity you require, then click the 'Add to cart' button. A box will be shown (your 'Shopping Cart') containing the product(s) you wish to purchase.
5. After you have finished your shopping, click on the 'View Cart' button to the left.
6. At the View Cart page, make sure the cart contains the products you wish to order, then click on the 'Checkout' button.
7. At the checkout page, make sure the product details are correct, fill in any information the page requires, and click the second checkout button.
8. At the new page, fill in your details (such as address and so on), select a payment method, then click the proceed button.
9. Depending on what payment option you have chosen, you will be taken to a new page where you may finish inputting your payment details.

Pay via Secure Server

Payments can be made over the internet utilising our 128bit secure server with the added security of PGP encryption software. This means that all data input on our site is coded and can only be decoded by ourselves. Our hosting solution provides 128-bit encryption security. The industry standard 40-bit encryption is the recommended minimum for other hosts.

You can tell that the pages you are using are secure, because the address of the page in the address bar will change from being http:// to https://. Depending on which web browser you use you will also see a locked padlock symbol or a gold key appear in the bottom bar of your browser.

As an extra security measure, your credit card details will not be retained on our servers for longer than is necessary for us to process your order. This is why you must re-enter your card details each time you purchase anything from the site. If your still not sure about ordering online other ordering options are available.

We accept Delta, Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Switch, American Express and Solo. Please have your credit card details available.

Bicycle orders

We seriously recommend that when purchasing bicycles you do go the shop. Bicycles do vary in size in various ways and professional guidance is at hand to prevent you buying a bike that may be too large or too small. However if you have tried a bike that we stock and know the specific size you wish to purchase we will do mail order. Please see our Terms & conditions before you order.
