"I would like to compliment a member of your staff. I came to the shop on Friday of last week looking for a bike but not certain of what I wanted. They were very attentive to my needs and suggested a number of options, whilst never trying to push me over my stated budget. I was give the chance to try a few bikes with what I would regard as non-standard adjustments being made to the bikes so that I might get a better feel for them. Today when I came to collect my bike and buy the inevitable extras they were again most helpful and remembered the mods that needed to be made to make the bike a "better fit".
