Trek Bikes
The Trek Bicycle Corporation is a major bicycle manufacturer who distributes under several brand names including Trek, Gary Fisher, and Bontrager. Trek’s headquarters are in Waterloo, Wisconsin where their high end frames are manufactured. The name “Trek” derives from the Afrikaans word for “journey.”
Trek has been manufacturing bikes in one guise or another since 1975 and is at the forefront of the performance bicycle sector. Over the years Trek has been associated with names such as Lance Armstrong and Gary Fisher to name but a few.
One of the best selling Trek bikes is of course, the Trek Fuel Ex range.
