Great comms, good product choice and fast delivery. Only negative is paying for shipping on bikes when most other companies seem to be able to offer free delivery but that maybe due to the size of the business I guess.

I was very well looked after in Ilkley yesterday. I bought a bike from the Staveley shop last year and was very unhappy with the customer service. Derek at Ilkley took a lot of time making sure that the problems with my bike were sorted out. It was much appreciated as I did not feel they had the time or patience to deal with me at Staveley.
