Le Col Autumn/Winter 2018

For Autumn/Winter 2018 Le Col have developed a range of clothing designed solely for poor weather conditions, ideal for us here in the UK. With dark, freezing cold mornings and persistent rain the norm during the winter months, Le Col have produced garments that will prepare you well for the unsavoury conditions. The brand has grown at a meteoric rate since its inception in 2011, culminating in an announcement earlier this month that it will become co-title sponsor if British Continental squad Team Wiggins – now Team Wiggins Le Col.

Their latest collection is split into four ranges; Aqua Zero and Therma, HC, Pro and Sport. The Aqua Zero and Therma clothing is ideal for the worst weather conditions you can find on two wheels. The HC collection combines luxurious comfort with practical design, offering the perfect counter to the colder weather. The Pro collection has undergone a graphic overhaul to help you stand out on the bike, a must in low light conditions. Epitomising the Sport range is the Sport Jacket – bold, bright and robust, it ensures visibility and protection from the elements.

Aqua Zero LS Jersey – £135

A long sleeve jersey designed for racing and high-intensity efforts in damp conditions. Using an innovative ‘hydrophobic’ fabric, the jersey strikes the perfect balance between protection and breatheability, resulting in an exceptionally technical race-ready product.

Womens Therma Jersey – £135

This revolutionary weatherproof jersey is developed for training and racing in the changeable weather. The jersey is aero fit for those riders focused on speed and a more aggressive on-the-drops riding position.

HC Jacket – £300

The ultimate cover in adverse conditions, the Le Col HC Jacket is waterproof, windproof, thermal and breathable. A technical construction brings together a Schoeller-Dynamic stretch fabric and blends it with a Windtex waterproof membrane, ensuring that harsh conditions don’t impact on your ride.

Pro B5 Bibtights – £180

The Le Col Pro B5 Winter cycling tights are made with Aqua Zero waterproof and breathable fabric which enables water to bead off the fabric – ideal for those unpredictable long days in the saddle. The tights’ rear knee panel is stitched to avoid any excess fabric when the leg is bent. Visibility panels that can be seen from both rear and front angles add safety and zips make for easy on and easy off.

Sport Jacket – £170

Tailored fit meets with thermal protection in the Le Col Sport Jacket. The understated look incorporates a Windstopper front and a Meryl material over the back, working to regulate your temperature, even when you’re pushing your limits.

Womens Sport Bibtights – £140

Le Col’s Sport Women’s Winter Tights are made from comfortable Italian Roubaix fleece with ergonomic seams to minimise irritation on long winter rides and a high quality foam chamois. A silicon leg gripper keeps the tights in place along with reflective tabs for safety.
