Note that we only offer 0% APR finance packages on non-sale products whereas with sale bikes (they are clearly marked) you can choose a finance package with 15.9% APR interest rate.

Trek, Cannondale and Cube stock levels are linked to the manufacturers stock levels via a live feed. The feed provides a stock status in our warehouse, our stores or the supplier so you can get an accurate order fulfilment date.

For an update on your order status please email us at mailorder@wheelbase.co.uk. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number from either Arrow XL (bikes) or FedEx (parts and accessories).
