Our Returns Policy

We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though we know you may want to return items so we have outlined our returns policy below for mail order items based on statutory distance selling rules. These terms do not apply for in store sales.

You have 14 days to return unused & unworn items from receipt of goods.

We accept the return of items only if they are in their original condition and returned with packaging and labels, where possible.

If you return goods to ourselves in perfect condition within 14 days of the goods being dispatched to you we will be happy to offer you an exchange, account credit or refund.


Please complete, print off, and enclose the ‘RETURNS FORM’ with your return. Address label is included on the Returns Form.

We cannot accept returns unless this ‘RETURNS FORM’ is completed and enclosed with the returned items.

In Error or Defective Items

You have a 30 day right to reject faulty or damaged goods, or goods that have been sent in error.

Defective items must returned in a clean / laundered condition with all original packaging or labels, when possible, and proof of purchase. We also require a written explanation of the problem with the product.

Defective products will be repaired, replaced or refunded at at discretion. When we receive your goods our Returns Department will assess the returned items to ensure they meet our Returns Policy and qualify for a repair, replacement or refund.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the error/defective item to us. Please post back to us using the ‘RETURNS LABEL’ and a Royal Mail First Class Registered service. We will not refund the cost of Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Please complete the attached ‘RETURNS FORM’ (download above) to arrange the return of a defective item. Address label is included.

Distance Selling Regulations and conform to the Distance Selling Regulations, which are designed to protect you when buying items by Mail Order. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. This applies to all our products. To cancel this contract, please phone one of our sales team.

Important Additional Notes

1. Any returns items which are not defective and not our error, retuned under distance buying regulations, will be subject to the customer paying the return cost for postage & packing.
2. Deposits are non-refundable. We will only hold products on deposit for a maximum of 6 weeks from the date that the deposit is placed.
3. Cancelled special orders may be subject to a 40% re-stocking charge.
