Covid 19 (Coronovirus) update

WHEELBASE Stores – TEMPORARILY CLOSED
Following the UK Government’s announcement on Monday evening and with sadness our three stores, workshops and warranty will close with immediate effect to help combat the Covid 19 (Coronavirus) pandemic.
WHEELBASE Lake District, Staveley LA8 9LR – temporarily closed
WHEELBASE North East, Darlington DL3 7LB – temporarily closed
WHEELBASE Yorkshire, Ilkley LS29 9EW – temporarily closed
WHEELBASE Maik Order – our mail order servcie will be running from Monday 30/3/20, and will operate until there is a significant change in the Governments restrictions. Please note we will be only able to ship in stock items and you can view our large range HERE.
We also will be answering emails at email@example.com but we are running on reduced staff so please bear with us 🙏🏻

– Why are some bikes available in store only?
Certain brands operate an in store only policy for their bikes. We would like to post these bikes to you but rules are rules and we’re obliged to abide by them as authentic dealers. We are unable to post Trek, Cervelo & Whyte bikes.
– Do you offer interest free credit?
Yes, we offer 0% interest finance packages on from 6 month to 36 months so you can scale out your payments over a period of time suitable for yourself. Note that we only offer 0% interest packages on non-sale products whereas with sale bikes (they are clearly marked) you can choose a finance package with a 15.9% interest rate.

– Do you have everything on your website in stock?
Trek, Cannondale and Specialized stock levels are linked to the manufacturers stock levels via a live feed. The feed provides a stock status in our warehouse, our stores or the supplier so you can get an accurate order fulfilment date. – What is my order status?
For an update on your order status please call us on 01539 821443, option 1 Monday to Friday or email us at email@example.com. Once your has dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number from from either FedEx (bikes) or DPD (parts and accessories).

All of our mail order bikes are professionally assembled, set up and packed by our team of CyTech qualified mechanics. To assemble your new bike head over and follow one of our instructional videos.
