All mail order bikes are professionally set up and checked by our CyTech qualified mechanics – all bikes ship with the front wheel removed for increased transit security and are delivered by DX who are chosen courier partner for bikes. Parts and Accessories (including clothing) are shipped via royal mail.

From time to time it is inevitable that we see an increased demand for online sales but rest assured our team are processing orders as quickly and efficiently as possible, please be patient as we respond to enquiries. Do not be alarmed if your bike turns up in a Cube or Cannondale box, when you didn’t order a Cube or Cannondale bike. In our efforts to support the environment and protect our trails for future generations, we have decided to recycle bike boxes where we see it fit and safe to do so. They are great quality boxes with plenty of life in them for one more journey to your door.
