The Cervélo S5 Red AXS is the fastest bike Cervélo has ever made—designed to dominate the peloton and smash records with cutting-edge aero performance. A staple at the sharp end of WorldTour racing, the S5’s unmistakable V-stem and bayonet fork have carried legends like Wout van Aert and Simon Yates to career-defining wins. Now, the latest generation pushes the boundaries even further, combining aerodynamic evolution, refined handling, and reduced weight into a pure race machine.

Every millimetre of the S5 is engineered for aerodynamic advantage. The new fork and deeper head tube shape generate over 6 Watts of aero savings versus the previous model, while the new one-piece HB19 handlebar/stem boosts front-end speed and stability. Despite its sleeker, larger profile, the new S5 drops 124g, thanks to a refined carbon layup and optimised hardware. From sprints to climbs, it delivers speed without compromise.

Cervélo and Reserve developed the Reserve 57|64 Turbulent Aero wheels specifically for the S5’s asymmetric design, optimising airflow and stability in real-world conditions—including crosswinds. Paired with SRAM’s top-tier Red AXS groupset and a power meter-equipped crankset, the S5 Red AXS is a race-ready rocket.
