Great selection of bikes and accessories and helpful staff who were able to answer technical questions and offer advice. Huge showroom bright and airy and the outdoor space to try out a bike before making a decision. Having purchased a Trek bike I was given some excellent tips on how to look after my bike and make any adjustments to obtain a comfortable ride on all types of terrain.

Excellent customer service from Wheelbase and in particular from Euan Robinson who is a credit to your organisation and to himself. Courteous, polite, extremely knowledgeable about the e-bike I was purchasing. And he could not have been more helpful. Staff were friendly and professional. Helped me find some obscure bearings for a Cube Stereo One55 and ordered them ASAP. They arrived quickly and they were happy to ship them to me so I didn’t have to travel to the shop to collect. A decent shop staffed by decent people.

Quality products. Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful staff who take time to explain things. Excellent communication. Quick turnaround. Value for money and you never get ripped off. Just had my bike serviced, I thought it needed various spare parts but Ben said not necessary yet and identified/corrected the cause rather than encouraging me to buy things I didn't need. Thank you!

I had a problem with my electric bike. I had been to two other bike shops who took my money but could not fix the problem. Liam from Wheelbase in Ilkley was excellent. He went above and beyond and fixed it quickly and effectively. Very impressed.
