Inspection of crank bolt necessary


To maintain product safety, the crank bolt must be inspected by a CUBE dealer without delay. Continued use of the affected models without inspection by a CUBE dealer can lead to the crank arms working loose and falling off, potentially causing an accident.

 

If we have contacted you about your bike or your dealer has directed you to us as your local Cube dealer please complete the contact form below to arrange an inspection.

Cube require that the inspection be carried out by an authorised dealer. All dealers will be receiving batches of replacement bolts and you may be required to use a Cube dealer local to you.

Please bear in mind that currently these bolts are expected to be delivered in batches from 25th August. There are a very large number of affected customers so please be patient with ourselves and your local dealer as collectively we will be working hard to get all riders bikes resolved as quickly as possible.
