If we have contacted you about your bike or your dealer has directed you to us as your local Cube dealer please complete one of the contact forms below to arrange an inspection.

Cube require that the inspection be carried out by an authorised dealer. All dealers will be receiving batches of replacement bolts.

Please bear in mind that currently these bolts are expected to be delivered in batches from 25^th August. There are a very large number of affected customers so please be patient with ourselves and your local dealer as collectively we all work to get all riders bikes resolved as quickly as possible.

• If you are local to a Wheelbase store, submit the contact form in section 1 and register directly with us.
• If you are a Wheelbase customer who is NOT local to a Wheelbase store, you will need to find a cube dealer local to your home who is happy assist. (Click Here)
• If you have tried to contact a Cube Dealer who is local to your home and they have rejected your request, submit contact form in section 3.
