Modern Road Performance
The Caledonia retains the clean, aerodynamic silhouette that defines Cervélo’s road range. Smooth tube shaping, hidden cables, and a tuned carbon layup create a bike that’s quick on group rides, stable on rougher roads, and comfortable enough for all-day endurance events. The frame is 53 grams lighter than the previous version, and tyre clearance has increased to 36mm (34mm with mudguards), giving riders more grip, comfort, and versatility across changing surfaces.
Updated Cockpit and Cable Routing
The new routing system supports both semi-external stock setups and fully integrated options using ST31/32 stems and the HB18 bar. Riders can upgrade to a fully hidden system without committing to the complexity of the Caledonia-5’s internal routing. Stem swaps no longer require brake bleeds, making cockpit adjustments straightforward for home mechanics.
Ride-All-Day Geometry
With a 1013mm wheelbase, 415mm chainstays, and a 72° head tube angle, the Caledonia delivers predictable, stable handling suited to fondo riders, long-distance explorers, and newer cyclists alike. Cervélo has also refined the trail figure to optimise handling specifically around 32mm tyres, ensuring smooth cornering and confident steering.
Threaded T47A Bottom Bracket
The move to a T47A threaded bottom bracket improves durability, reduces creaking, and simplifies servicing. It’s a long-term, rider-friendly solution that aligns with the Caledonia’s all-season, high-mileage purpose.
