We are passionate about cycling, design and delivering an exceptional customer experience — and we’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our head office team in the Lake District.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and motivated junior designer to develop their skills in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll support the marketing and e-commerce teams by producing engaging visual content across print and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Design marketing materials including web graphics, email campaigns, social media assets and in-store signage
Assist with website and e-commerce visuals, including banners and product imagery
Support brand consistency across all customer touchpoints
Prepare artwork for print and digital use
Work collaboratively with marketing, retail and e-commerce teams
Help generate creative ideas aligned with current campaigns and seasonal promotions

About You

A degree or qualification in Graphic Design (or equivalent experience)
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
A good eye for layout, typography and detail
Enthusiastic, organised and keen to learn
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
An interest in cycling, sport or lifestyle brands is a bonus

Location: Wheelbase Lakeland Limited, Mill Yard, Staveley, Kendal, Cumbria LA8 9LR
Role: 24 hours per week (3 days) (Junior Level), office based in our Lake District HQ with hybrid working available on request.
