Here at WHEELBASE we understand that price matters and we have always been committed to offering outstanding service to all of our customers, both new and old. We regularly check our competitors to ensure we can offer our customers the best deals, however, we also recognise that we won’t always be the lowest priced. If you find a price from a recognised retailer for a bike that is identical to one that we offer, that is in stock and is cheaper, we would be more than happy to look at matching the price.

 

 We’ll do our very best to match any reasonable advertised price and we are open to having the conversation, why not try us and see?

    How the Price Match works (Terms & Conditions)

    • Wheelbase will offer to price match against retailers that are selling an identical bike or product. The bike/product must be in stock and the competitor must offer a similar level of service and conditions. We will look to price match against well-known nationwide retailers.
    • The colour, size and condition of the competitors product must be identical to one that Wheelbase are offering.
    • The item must be in stock at the time of price matching.
    • The price of the competitors product must be publicly available and must not take into account any personal discounts or membership deals.
    • Competitors delivery charges will be taken into account at the time of price matching.
    • We reserve the right to decline a request for Price Match at our discretion and an application from the customer to submit a Price Match request is not a commitment for us to do so.
    • If you intend to use Price Match in store you will need to present the email you have received from our customer service team confirming that we can match the price.
