As cyclists we all know how good a smooth running bike feels to ride, the difference between riding a bike with crisp gear-shifting & powerful brakes and riding a bike with worn components, inefficient gears and dodgy brakes is huge. If you’re a time-pushed cyclist who isn’t able to keep on top of your bike maintenance then we can help; your free time is precious so let us tune your bike for you, leaving you to get out and ride with more enjoyment and no mechanical issues! Our team of qualified mechanics will look after your bike with the care and attention it deserves.

Our number one priority is customer service and we want to get you back on two wheels as swiftly and efficiently as possible.

  • All jobs are pre-quoted and agreed with you before work commences.
  • We will always contact you via telephone or email before any additional work is undertaken.
  • We will turn your repair around in as short a time as possible.
  • On collection we will talk through all work undertaken and highlight any areas which may need further attention.
  • When you collect your bike one of our expert mechanics will give you a full breakdown of the work completed.

Wheelbase Service Packages

We offer tiered service packages to suit all types of riders. Taking direction from the Trail Parks we use every weekend and in our efforts to continue to be a little bit different, we’ve opted for Blue, Red and Black Service Packages. (There is Green too, but that’s the 6 week check).

Every bike is different, which is why our workshop teams are available to discuss any issues you may be experiencing. Our services tackle multiple jobs at once and offer huge savings on labour.

  • Blue

    Our Blue – Check, Tune and Lube is the M.O.T for your bike.

    It’s a health screening to make sure it’s safe to ride. Perhaps you’ve had the bike in the shed for a while and just want to make sure it’s all good to go again, the Blue Trail Service is for you.

    The Blue Point Check Package is £59

  • Red

    Our Red Service Package is an advanced service and is our most popular package.

    It’s more in-depth than your standard M.O.T but it falls short of being a full rebuild like the Black Trail Service. If your bike is ridden regularly then you’ll be looking at a Red Trail Service.

    On Average it’s a 28% saving on labour costs when you choose the Red Trail Service Package.

    The Red Service Package is £129.

  • Black

    Our Black Service Package is an ultimate full service and is split into 3 tiers depending on the type of bike.

    Road, Gravel and Hardtail Mountain Bikes, Full Suspension Mountain Bikes and Electric Bikes all have different complexities, thus would require varied labour time as our Mechanics work on the bikes.

    On average you save 45% on labour costs when choosing our Black Trail Service Package.

    The Black Trail Service package starts at £199 for Road, Gravel and MTB Hardtail.

    Full Suspension Mountain Bikes will cost £219 and will include Pivot Bearing inspection.

    Electric Bikes will cost £239 and pivots will be inspected as well as dropping DU and inspecting cables.

A 45 Point Service Package for bikes that are ridden regularly and in need of some TLC.

A 60 Point Ultimate Service Package for bikes that need an in-depth reset to make them look and ride like new. Pricing reflects the type of bike.
