The Five Ten Trailcross Mid Pro Mountain Bike Shoes combine flat-pedal grip with added protection for rugged trail riding. Designed to work both on and off the bike, they pair a durable mesh upper with forefoot flex grooves to balance riding support with comfort when walking sections of trail.
Five Ten’s Stealth Phantom rubber outsole provides high-friction, non-marking grip, while a reinforced toe cap adds protection in an area exposed to trail debris and impacts. D3O material on the medial side remains flexible during normal use but hardens on impact to provide additional protection and shock absorption.

Stealth Phantom Flat Pedal Grip
The Trailcross Mid Pro uses Five Ten’s Stealth Phantom rubber outsole to provide high-friction contact with flat pedals and grip when moving across variable terrain on foot. The rubber compound is also non-marking, combining trail-focused traction with practical everyday use.
D3O Impact Protection
D3O material is positioned on the medial side of the shoe to add protection without creating a permanently rigid structure. The material remains flexible during normal riding but hardens when subjected to an impact, helping absorb shock and protect an exposed area of the foot.
Protection for Rugged Trails
A reinforced toe cap provides additional protection and durability at the front of the shoe, where contact with rocks, roots and trail debris can occur. The mid-height Trailcross design adds coverage around the foot while retaining the flexibility required for active mountain bike riding.
Made for Riding and Walking
