Abus PowerDome ACE Road Cycling Helmet
The Abus PowerDome ACE Road Cycling Helmet is a lightweight and well-ventilated helmet designed for road cycling, gravel riding and everyday adventures. Made in Italy, it combines streamlined styling with 10 air inlets, 7 air outlets and the Abus Zoom Spin adjustment system for a comfortable and secure fit across everything from fast road rides to long gravel routes.
The ACE version includes an Abus Race Cap designed to fit underneath the helmet, providing additional protection from bright sunlight, rain and insects. An in-mould construction, aerodynamic stitched straps and flexible Floating Pad system complete a versatile helmet weighing approximately 250 g in size Large.

Lightweight In-Mould Construction
The PowerDome ACE uses an in-mould construction where the EPS inner cushioning material is foamed directly into the polycarbonate outer shell. This creates a durable connection while keeping overall helmet weight low for road and gravel riding.
At approximately 250 g in size Large, the PowerDome ACE is designed to provide lightweight comfort for longer rides, faster efforts and everyday cycling.
Ventilation
Ten air inlets and seven air outlets promote airflow through the helmet to help keep the rider comfortable during demanding rides and warmer conditions. Ventilation is complemented by the distinctive PowerDome air scoop, a functional design feature inspired by high-performance cars.
Adjustable and Comfortable Fit
The Abus Zoom Spin adjustment system uses a rotary wheel at the rear of the helmet to provide individual adjustment to the rider’s head size. The height-adjustable system also includes an opening that accommodates longer hairstyles including ponytails, buns and braids.
A Floating Pad system allows the internal padding to sit more flexibly within the helmet, helping improve ventilation and wearing comfort. The pads can also be removed for hand washing or replaced when required.
Aerodynamic Strap System
The PowerDome ACE uses stitched straps that sit closely against the rider without requiring separate strap dividers. This creates a streamlined fit and helps prevent the straps from flapping while riding, while a classic push-in buckle provides simple and secure fastening.
Abus Race Cap
The ACE version of the PowerDome includes an Abus Race Cap designed to fit neatly underneath the helmet. Its traditional peaked design provides additional protection from bright sunlight, rain and insects, adding a practical finishing touch for road, gravel and everyday riding.
