Modular protection
The Targon is built for riders who want full face security on the descents without carrying a second helmet for the climbs. The removable chin guard gives you more airflow and freedom on the way up. When it is time to descend, the Speed Latch System lets you reattach the guard quickly and securely. It locks into place without sticking or forcing, even with gloves on.
MIPS safety
A low friction MIPS layer sits inside the padding to reduce rotational forces during angled impacts. It adds protection without blocking airflow or adding unnecessary weight. The helmet remains well ventilated and comfortable on long rides.
Secure fit
The Zoom Rapid Fit system uses a steel core cable and a precise rotary dial to adjust the helmet evenly around your head. Pressing the dial resets the system instantly. Vario Pads let you fine tune the cheek pad position for a stable and comfortable full face fit. Soft comfort pads attach with Velcro and can be removed for washing.
Trail ready features
The Breakaway visor protects against sun and branches and is designed to detach in a crash to reduce strain on the neck. The helmet includes a defined Goggle Fit zone under the peak and a Front Eyewear Port for storing glasses securely. Stitched straps sit flat against the face and do not flap at speed.
Durable construction
The Targon uses an in mould construction where the EPS foam is bonded directly to the polycarbonate shell. This creates a strong and lightweight structure. Injected carbon reinforcement adds stability without adding bulk. Lower edge protection helps prevent damage from knocks, scrapes and regular use.
Easy to use
A magnetic FIDLOCK buckle allows one handed opening and closing, even with gloves. All pads are removable and washable. The chin guard can be carried on your arm or handlebars when climbing.
