Protection
The Aries uses Spherical Technology, a ball-and-socket design that allows the outer liner to rotate independently around the inner liner during certain impacts, helping redirect energy away from the brain. Combined with Progressive Layering, which uses two densities of EPS foam to manage both high- and low-speed impacts, the helmet delivers Giro’s most comprehensive protection package to date. The AURA II Reinforcing Arch adds structural strength while allowing for larger vents without compromising safety.
Ventilation & Cooling
With 24 Wind Tunnel vents, deep internal channels and the Roc Loc 5+ Air system suspending the helmet slightly above the head, airflow is maximised across every ride. The new DryCore brow pad uses a silicone bead to channel sweat away from the eyes, keeping vision clear and irritation-free on hot climbs and long efforts.
Fit & Comfort
The Roc Loc 5+ Air system allows precise, one-handed adjustment of fit tension and fore-aft tilt, ensuring a secure and personalised feel. IONIC+ padding provides permanent odour control, while the helmet’s low weight and refined shape make it feel almost invisible on the head.
