Maxxis Shorty Gen 2 3C MaxxTerra EXO Mountain Bike Tyre
The Shorty Gen 2 is a redesigned mid spike tyre built for loose, wet and unpredictable conditions. Developed with feedback from World Cup DH and EWS riders, it delivers stronger cornering support, improved braking traction and better mud clearance when the trail turns deep, soft or saturated. A revised tread layout, split centre knobs and raised casing ridges help the tyre shed mud faster while maintaining confident grip in loam, slop and fresh cut tracks. The new 2.40 inch width also increases clearance and trims weight.

Tubeless Ready
Allows lower pressures for more grip and comfort, reduced rolling resistance and fewer flats. Use only approved tubeless sealants.
Wide Trail (WT)
Optimised for modern rims with 30 to 35 mm inner widths. WT shaping maintains the correct tread profile for consistent cornering and support.
