The Cube Nuroad EX 2027 is a versatile aluminium gravel bike built for mixed-terrain riding, commuting and long-distance exploration. The Aluminium Superlite frame uses internal cable routing and a clean integrated seatpost clamp, with full mounting points for racks, mudguards and a kickstand. A C:62 carbon fork adds steering precision and vibration damping, with lowrider mounts and internal light cable routing for touring setups. Shimano’s GRX 1×12 drivetrain provides wide range gearing designed specifically for gravel, while GRX hydraulic disc brakes add controlled stopping power. Frame and Fork
The Aluminium Superlite frame uses a semi-aero profile inspired by Cube’s road and cyclocross bikes. Internal cable routing keeps the bike tidy and supports clean accessory integration. The frame includes full mounting points for racks, mudguards and a kickstand, making it suitable for commuting or touring. The C:62 carbon fork uses a tapered steerer for precise handling and includes lowrider mounts and internal light cable routing for versatile builds. Clearance for 45 mm tyres (or 50 mm without mudguards) adds comfort and grip on rougher terrain.
Drivetrain and Brakes
Shimano’s GRX 1×12 drivetrain uses a 40T chainring and a wide 10-51T cassette for steep climbs, fast gravel sections and long endurance rides. GRX shifters provide smooth operation with ergonomics designed for off-road control. Shimano GRX hydraulic disc brakes with 160 mm rotors add controlled stopping power in wet and dry conditions.
Wheels and Tyres
Newmen Performance X.R.25 wheels use 28 spokes front and rear and are tubeless ready. The rims balance durability with low weight for stable handling on rough terrain. Schwalbe G-One R Performance 45 mm tyres add grip and comfort on gravel, tarmac and light trails, with a tread pattern suited to fast mixed-surface riding. XXS sizes use 45-584 tyres for correct geometry and handling.
