Cube Reaction 240 TM 2027 | 24″ Wheel Kids Mountain Bike
The Cube Reaction 240 TM is a tough, confidence-boosting kids’ mountain bike built for young riders who want to push further on real off-road terrain. The Aluminium Lite 6061 frame uses the same tube-forming techniques found on Cube’s adult hardtails, giving a strong, lightweight chassis with proper tyre clearance and clean cable routing. It’s designed around an 80 mm suspension fork tuned for lighter riders, improving comfort and control on rough trails.
Magura MT Thirty hydraulic disc brakes provide powerful, predictable stopping with a 4-piston front and 2-piston rear setup sized for junior riders. Wide-range Microshift Advent 1×9 gearing gives simple operation and enough range for climbs, family rides and trail loops. Newmen Evolution X.A.25 wheels and Schwalbe Rocket Ron tyres add grip, speed and stability across mixed terrain. Every contact point is kid-specific, making the Reaction 240 TM comfortable, capable and ready for real mountain biking.

The Aluminium Lite 6061 frame uses heat-treated tubing and mechanical forming for strength and low weight. Tyre clearance is optimised for off-road riding. The SR Suntour Raidon34 fork provides 80 mm of smooth, controlled suspension tuned for lighter riders. Disc brake mounts and tidy cable routing add durability and safety. A replaceable derailleur hanger protects the frame from minor mishaps.
Drivetrain and Brakes
Microshift Advent 1×9 shifting provides simple, reliable performance with a 30T crankset and wide 11-42T cassette for mixed terrain. Magura MT Thirty hydraulic disc brakes use a 4-piston front and 2-piston rear setup with 180/160 mm rotors for strong, controlled braking.
Wheels and Tyres
Newmen Evolution X.A.25 wheels are tubeless ready and use 24 spokes front and rear for durability. Schwalbe Rocket Ron Kevlar tyres in 2.1 width add grip, comfort and speed across roots, rocks and loose surfaces.
Cockpit and Contact Points
The Cube Kids 590 mm handlebar and Cube Aluminium Lite stem provide stable steering. Acid Nuro Rookie grips add comfort and control. The Cube Kid saddle and Cube Performance seatpost complete the setup. Cube PP MTB pedals are included.
