Silca Ultimate Tubeless Tyre Sealant is engineered for riders who want maximum sealing power, long service life and clean, simple maintenance. Developed over two and a half years, this advanced formula uses a hybrid natural and synthetic latex blend with Fibrefoam technology to seal holes up to 6+ mm while staying liquid for up to 6 months. It is fully injectable through the valve for easy top ups and remains effective in extreme temperatures and during CO2 inflation, making it a reliable choice for road, gravel and mountain bike setups.

Fibrefoam Technology

Silca uses carbon fibre strands that are 400 percent stiffer than fibreglass to create a fast acting fibre dam inside the tyre. These fibres interlock under pressure to plug punctures quickly with minimal air loss, even in larger cuts up to 6+ mm.

Long Lasting Hybrid Latex Formula

The natural and synthetic latex blend is designed to stay liquid for up to 6 months, reducing the need for frequent maintenance. Adjustments to the fibre length allow the sealant to be injected cleanly through the valve without sacrificing sealing performance.

CO2 Compatible

The formula remains stable when exposed to CO2 during short term inflation, avoiding the coagulation issues found in many traditional sealants.

Year Round Performance

Ultimate Sealant continues to work in extreme temperatures down to minus 15 degrees Celsius, ensuring reliable sealing in winter conditions, high altitude riding and cold weather racing.

Workshop Friendly

The injectable formula reduces mess and installation time, making it ideal for home mechanics and workshop use. Top ups can be added through the valve without removing the tyre.

Ammonia Free
