Frame and Suspension
The Mega Alloy 297 uses a triple-butted 6061 T6 aluminium chassis with forged parts for stiffness and strength. Internal cable routing, ISCG 05 mounts and full mud clearance make it practical for year-round riding. MAX bearings ensure smooth performance, and 3D contoured rubber protection keeps the frame quiet and protected.
The Horst link suspension is tuned for small-bump sensitivity, strong mid-stroke support and a progressive end-stroke. Anti-squat levels are set for efficient pedalling while keeping the bike planted on descents.
Optimised Enduro Geometry
Long, Low, Slack and Steep geometry places the rider in a centred, efficient pedalling position while maintaining control at speed.
