Merida has been refining aluminium hardtails for over 50 years, and the latest Big Nine follows progressive mountain bike trends. A longer reach paired with a shorter stem delivers greater control, while the steeper seat angle and slacker head angle enhance climbing efficiency and downhill stability. The sophisticated TFS aluminium frame includes full internal cable routing for a clean finish, a tapered head tube for future upgrades, inboard disc brake mounts for maximum stopping power, and dropper post compatibility.

The Big Nine 40 comes equipped with a smooth 120mm X-Fusion Migo 32 Air fork with lockout, a Shimano 1×9 CUES drivetrain for dependable shifting, and Shimano MT200 hydraulic disc brakes for consistent stopping power in all conditions. Rolling on 29” wheels with Kenda Booster 2.4” tyres, this bike delivers speed, grip, and comfort across a variety of trails.
