Road Reimagined
The Synapse Carbon 2 SmartSense is built for long rides, rough roads and real-world conditions. The carbon frame is tuned for comfort without losing the lively feel of a fast road bike. Aerodynamic shaping helps conserve energy over long distances, while the stable endurance geometry keeps the bike predictable on wet winter roads and broken tarmac.
SmartSense Gen 2: Ride Confident
SmartSense Gen 2 brings enhanced visibility and awareness to every ride. The system uses a single concealed battery to power the front light, rear light, radar and drivetrain, keeping the bike clean and integrated.
Lights
The compact headlight delivers up to 800 lumens, turning night into day. A daylight mode improves visibility in traffic, and the stem-mounted design keeps the cockpit neat.
Radar
The rear-facing Garmin radar monitors approaching vehicles and alerts you to their presence. It adds confidence on busy roads and during winter training when visibility is reduced.
Battery
The downtube-integrated battery powers the entire SmartSense system. It offers up to 24 hours in flashing mode or more than 12 hours in steady mode, making it ideal for long rides and all-day adventures.
SRAM Force AXS: Wireless Precision
SRAM Force AXS 2x delivers crisp, quiet and reliable wireless shifting. The wide gear range suits fast group rides, long climbs and rolling terrain. The drivetrain is smooth, efficient and easy to maintain.
Reserve 42|49 Carbon Wheels
Reserve’s Turbulent Aero 42|49 carbon wheels add speed and stability. The mixed-depth profile balances aerodynamic efficiency with predictable handling, making them ideal for endurance riding and variable conditions.
Compliant Comfort
The latest Synapse carbon layup is 20 percent more compliant than the previous generation. It smooths out rough roads and reduces fatigue on long rides, helping you stay comfortable and efficient all day.
Like A Glove
Proportional Response Construction ensures every frame size is tuned for the rider. From carbon layup to geometry, each size is engineered to deliver consistent handling, comfort and performance.
Bring It All, Bring It On
The StashPort storage system keeps essentials secure inside the downtube. Paired with the StashBag, it makes carrying tools and spares simple and tidy. Generous tyre clearance lets you run wider tyres for winter grip, comfort and confidence.
