The Merida Reacto 9000 2026 is a world-class aero road bike built for uncompromising speed, control and efficiency. Featuring Merida’s premium CF5 carbon frame, Shimano Ultegra Di2 12-speed electronic shifting and a Reynolds BL60 carbon wheelset, this is a race-ready machine engineered to excel at the highest level. Every detail has been meticulously refined using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) to optimise aerodynamics without sacrificing rider comfort, making it one of the fastest and most complete aero bikes on the market.

The latest Reacto generation has been designed to accommodate wider 30c tyres for enhanced comfort, but with no aerodynamic compromises. Merida’s engineers implemented a host of performance upgrades – from integrating the front Disc Cooler behind the fork to recessing the rear brake caliper within the rear triangle – reducing drag and improving airflow. Even the bolt-through axles have been redesigned with the thread integrated into the fork dropout, shaving valuable watts in pursuit of speed. Independent testing shows the CF5 frame requires just 209 watts to maintain 45 km/h, making it a true race weapon.

Rider confidence is boosted by powerful Shimano Ultegra hydraulic disc brakes with chainstay-mounted calipers and CNC-machined aluminium Disc Cooler fins, reducing brake temperatures by up to 35% for consistent stopping power. The fully integrated Vision Metron 5D carbon cockpit ensures a clean, aerodynamic front end, while the Reynolds BL60 carbon wheels deliver exceptional stiffness, rapid acceleration and aerodynamic stability in crosswinds. Continental Grand Prix 5000S TR tubeless-ready tyres complete the package, offering low rolling resistance and superb grip.
