Ere Research is a young but highly experienced wheel brand with deep roots in the cycling industry. Founded in Switzerland by Piet van der Velde, a former pro racer and long time product designer, Ere brings together more than 20 years of engineering knowledge from working with leading names like Trek, Colnago, Shimano, Sram and Rapha. The team behind Ere has shaped many of the products riders trust today, and that same expertise now drives their own range of performance wheels.

Crash Replacement Policy

Crash replacement policy

Ere understands that in racing anything can happen. To help riders get back on their wheels as quickly as possible, the brand offers a no questions asked Crash Replacement Policy. In the event of bad luck, Ere supports the rider by offering replacement rims at a special discounted price. This crash replacement is provided in addition to the extended lifetime warranty. A crash replacement can be requested when a wheel is broken and can no longer be used safely due to an accident or crash.

Rules of the Game

The rider must have registered the purchase on the Ere Research website to activate the lifetime warranty.
Registration must be completed within 30 days of purchasing the wheels.
The rider requests a crash replacement by filling out the form below.
The rider then waits for instructions from the Ere Research team.
The damaged wheel must be returned, and Ere will explain the return process during the application.
The damaged rim will be replaced with a new rim of the same model.
Ere Research reserves the right to replace it with an equal alternative if required.
The damage must affect the functionality of the wheel. Optical damage is excluded.
The wheel must be returned without the tyre, without the sprocket, and with the disc brake removed.
The returned rim or wheel becomes the property of Ere Research.
Costs for conversion, freight, and duty are the responsibility of the rider.
