Large coverage, clean fit, zero cable ties

The ProGuard Bolt On is a full size direct mount mudguard designed to give maximum front end protection with a clean, factory fit. It bolts straight to compatible forks using the supplied hardware, removing the need for cable ties or straps and keeping your cockpit lines tidy. Two tilt brackets are included so you can fine tune the angle by a few millimetres for the best coverage.

The Standard size measures 503 mm and weighs 130 g (without bolts), offering broad protection for year round riding.

Key features

Direct mount design

The guard secures to the fork using custom bolts for FOX, Marzocchi, Ohlins and SR Suntour. This creates a stable, rattle free fit with no straps or ties.

Rubber fork pads

Flared sides sit against the fork legs to dampen vibration and improve stability. Thick rubber pads protect the fork finish.

Tilt brackets

Two clip on tilt brackets let you raise or lower the front of the guard to match your tyre size and preferred angle.

Rear flick

A raised rear section adds extra protection without increasing overall length, helping to stop mud and spray from hitting the frame when the wheel is turned.

Sticker indent

A central recess provides a clean reference point for applying RRP stickers. The indent keeps the sticker flush with the surface for better durability.

Seal Shield

The integrated Seal Shield helps protect fork seals from high velocity mud and spray, supporting longer service intervals.

Durable material

Made from a thicker polypropylene mix than many alternatives, the guard offers strong impact resistance, flexibility and reliable cold weather performance.
