Honest and accurate sales information. They put right an error made in our order quickly and with a minimum of fuss. The first service and Cube recall for a fault were also handled professionally - it was a shame that Cube themselves were not as efficient. My bike faces being 'grounded' for weeks as the manufacturers have not supplied replacement parts for the 'No Ride' recall.

I reserved a Cannondale Topstone Carbon at a great price. Staff at the shop were very helpful on the phone and helped me understand the steps for purchasing via cycle-scheme. Once the voucher came through again, the team were super helpful arranging shipping. Bike was delivered in a few days, top quality build and packaging. Delighted with the bike and the whole experience.

I had to take both our bikes for a recall. I emailed on the Sunday and Monday Wheelbase got in touch and asked me to drop the bikes in to the Ilkley store and they attended to both bikes as I waited. It was service at it's best. Thank you to Ben in the service department.
