The staff in the workshop were very knowledgeable and were only too happy to offer advice regarding the parts I needed. They then carried out the repairs for me and of course, to a very high standard, following up with a message letting me know the work was done. All in all, great service. 👍

I ordered my bike after calling the online team, so helpful with plenty of advice, I had a test ride whilst on Holiday, the shop and staff are fantastic, when the bike arrived I have never seen a bike packed as well as this, excellent service all round

Took my Cube e ebike in for a recall check and first inspection. Easy booking in with them and all works carried out as promised with no delays.

Helpful amd knowledgeable staff, great efficient service and high quality product. The mechanic is always happy to spend time explaining technical information about the bike. When I had a problem with the bike they were happy to see me immediately and sorted my problem while I popped to get a coffee. I always leave this shop happy. I could not recommend wheelbase ilkley enough.
