After extensive conversations with Dave on the sales team, who showed great enthusiasm and was very knowledgeable in the products on offer, it made my decision making process that much easier. I would highly recommend Wheeelbase Lake District to anyone either wanting advice or looking to make a purchase. The workshop team have also proved them selves to be of equal ability, having used their services on previous occasions with my old bike. Again, I would not hesitate in recommending them for any maintenance work. Good old fashioned customer service seems to be a thing of the past with the majority of businesses these days, but I'm glad to say it still exists at Wheelbase. 👍😃

Honest and accurate sales information. They put right an error made in our order quickly and with a minimum of fuss. The first service and Cube recall for a fault were also handled professionally - it was a shame that Cube themselves were not as efficient. My bike faces being 'grounded' for weeks as the manufacturers have not supplied replacement parts for the 'No Ride' recall.

Absolutely excellent service from both Ben in the workshop and Bernie on the desk ! Extremely knowledgable and helpful both going above and beyond to help, even to the point of helping load and pack the bike into the back of my car after closing time. Even though there a good 2.5hour drive away I’ll be back for all my needs and servicing.

I had to take both our bikes for a recall. I emailed on the Sunday and Monday Wheelbase got in touch and asked me to drop the bikes in to the Ilkley store and they attended to both bikes as I waited. It was service at it's best. Thank you to Ben in the service department.
